Welcome to Dallas Township

Burning permits are issued by calling 989 593-3146. You will be asked to leave your name and number, when you would like to burn, how many days, what you plan on burning, address and Township that you live in. You will be contacted if a permit will be DENIED. Please call 24 hours in advance.

Permits are only valid during daylight hours. ONLY brush, grass, and yard waste will be permitted, (no tires, shingles, structures, etc.) Please plan ahead. Any grass field over 3 acres will need permission from the Chief or Deputy Chief so that the proper authorities are made aware of the situation.
